At first I was impressed how lovely and cute this hidden gem of a cafe was.
After entering without being greeted I found a seat and waited for menus to be brought to us. I then walked up to the counter and asked for some menus, I was told that there were no menus that orders were taken at the counter and to look at the special menu board on the wall.
After ordering our meals and drinks I returned back to the table.
After about 15 minutes our beverages were served.
About 10 more minutes past and one of our meals were delivered.
Another thirty minutes past and I asked one of the waitresses if the second meal had been forgotten, she explained there was a mix up.
During this time we witnessed multiply problems with other patron's orders. Delays, wrong orders and forgotten orders were happening left and right.
Finally the second meal arrived after more than 45 minutes of ordering. The scrambled eggs were not cooked thoroughly and to my surprise even had a piece of thick black hair within in it.
I waited another 15 minutes thinking one of the staff members would come and see how the meals/we were going by no one came.
When leaving the cafe I carried the plate with the hair to the counter and showed one of the waitresses. No apologies or acknowledgement was made. Hardly any eye contact was made to either myself or my friend.
I've never experienced such bad customer service.
No takeaway coffee or discount was offered.
Do not go to this cafe.
