Louise was very helpful with the advice she gave me. She took the time to explain what my options were. So I decided to have my new lock supplied and fitted by Fortress Locksmiths. Louise did the job herself. She knows her stuff. I would highly recommend Fortress Locksmiths.

We called early in the morning with an emergency - our 3 year old had managed to lock herself in the bathroom and we couldn't get her out. She was very distressed. Adam got out to us within 15 minutes of our call and saved the day. He's clearly very good at what he does and also a lovely guy to deal with - highly recommend!

This guys helped me out of a major jam when carpenter turned around and said he wouldn't install the lock on a brand new front door. Called 2pm, they had someone (Louise) onsite the next morning. Professional and very high quality service. Would definitely recommend.

When Louise arrived, she was so friendly and easy to work with, and gave me complete confidence that she knew exactly what she was doing and then some.
I absolutely recommend Fortress Locksmiths; it's an added bonus that they are a local company too.
