There was no promise of purchase as I had only asked for advice, but that made no difference to their service. Eventually the store person was able to solve my problem and I purchased the product I needed!

Specially one employee who on multiple occasions I have seen standing behind the desk ignoring customers while on their phone, forcing the customers to wait for them to finish, and once attending customers this person provides minimal vague information. Most recent time it Led to me purchasing the wrong items, even though I brought my modem in and a compatible external antenna and said "here is my modem and it's connection and here is my antenna with the connection, how can I connect the two? What cable and connectors do I need?" disappointed with this store
