  Outstanding service and went out of their way to meet our needs for an earlier date for floor and carpet laying. Mario was fantastic in moving things and we are extremely happy with the quality of work completed. Would definitely recommend to use.

  Adrian and his team at JBA Carpet Court in Hornsby are fantastic!! They are extremely proactive, take time to understand what the issue is, what your needs are and your lifestyle, and help you to choose a carpet accordingly. Adrian and David are extremely knowledgeable about the process and different carpets, and his carpet laying guys - Shane and Daniel are incredibly hard working and do a great job. All in all, despite some hiccups (more to do with the delay from insurance due to the choice of the restoration co. they used), JBA was on the ball, on time, and very patient while waiting for the insurance co. to get everything else done. We will ALWAYS use JBA Carpet Court and HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks Adrian and his team!

  Excellent service and professionalism from start to finish. We got quotes from 3 different places & the crew at Carpet Court were better in all areas. Ben & Stan did an outstanding job of installation and we couldn't be happier.

  Sales guys in the store are friendly but, unfortunately, the carpet installers did not do a good job. They left significant gaps between the edge of the carpet and the wall along many of the stairs. The joins were really obvious at the doorways in each of the bedrooms and they left a few noticeable wrinkles in the hallway. When I asked for these issues to be repaired I got every excuse under the sun from the carpet installer as to why the issues could not be prevented. I insisted the carpet layer try to rectify the problems to which he complied. He basically had to relay many of the stairs (but didn't do all). The gaps at the edges are now better, however, now there are bubbles in various places where the carpet is not sitting nice and tight as it should be and the seams that run across the bottom of the risers go in and out like a bit of zig zag instead having a nice straight line. I complained again and the manager of the carpet layer attended. He was not interested in fixing the issues at all. Did very little and then said there was nothing wrong with the way the carpet was and left. He attempted to use charm by being exceptionally friendly and making conversation about how lovely my home was, etc., in an attempt to appease me but this was obviously a ploy to avoid dealing with an unhappy customer and to avoid having to do anything further. I will now have to engage another company to fix the issues because I'm not getting any joy from these guys. If you're going to buy carpet here you would be wise to avoid using their carpet layers.
  
  Following on from my initial review I am now able to say that Adrian did contact me to resolve the issues and organized for a different carpet layer to relay the carpet on my stairs. This was the 3rd attempt at this and I am happy to say this time the job was done well and I am pleased with the work. Adrian was exceptionally helpful and genuine in his dealings with me and I really appreciate his positive and professional attitude. The carpet layer Adrian sent was also friendly, paid attention to detail and took his time to explain to me and show me where some of the challenges were. He worked hard to ensure the job was completed properly. The only thing that couldn't be rectified to my satisfaction were the joins at each of the bedroom doors but I am told that these should settle and be less noticeable with time. Apart from that I am now satisfied with the outcome.
