I love everything about her classes - from her safe and careful cues, to her creative sequencing, her masterful approach to building and controlling the energy in the room, to her funky taste in music. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.
- The Motivation Store Added January 02, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was looking for a place for the body, mind and spirit. And this place turned out to be a perfect match. There are 3 to 4 different types of yoga through different teachers. And all the teachers are amazing and very easy to connect with.
Every class is just a joy to go to. Warm and friendly yoga teachers take extra efforts not just to help you work-out your body but also make it work for your body and spirit by playing a soothing music and giving a nice meaningful relaxing narration.
At the end of every class, you always feel well exercised but never feel exhausted. A great atmosphere amongst everyone in the class. No one judges you, just a pure and free-spirited, friendly energy is always sensed. Always an amazing experience to practice yoga and experience the different styles of each teacher. The environment is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Highly recommended.
