  Beautiful team and a very relaxing atmosphere. A bonus - they are truely passionate about what they do and helping their customers see results. Highly recommend.

  Would have given no stars if allowed. The business owner lady is quite cunning there. At first visit during my Brazilian wax, she asked her staff to be very careful so it was pain free. But during my second visit, it was after many months and Shirong herself did my wax in painful manner. I kept shouting but she kept reminding me that I should come often to have pain free wax or else the hair grows coarse. It felt like a revenge for not visiting often. By the end of the wax I had big red bumps quite hurtful. To be honest, my first ever wax was in her salon which means I had not wax for many years and she was able to manage it to do pain free in the first time and just after few months she tries to intentionally make painful saying I should come often. Immediately, I found another better wax salon in Hornsby. The lady there is much better than Shirong and never insists on coming often. She always does pain free for me. Sirong constantly tries to invade privacy by asking personal questions and background history to maybe get a feel if the customer she’s dealing with is rich and a big fish. I don’t see that part as becoming friendly to customers at all as I was extremely uncomfortable. Also she tries to sell products during the process like most salon owners. You can tell that her polite and gentle sound towards customers is a fake one because when a sales lady entered her shop to sell some beauty products, she chased her shouting on top of her voice to leave her alone as she’s with customer (me) at the moment. I was just being consulted and I still felt bad for that sales lady. None of this happens at the salon I regularly go to now. Instead I’m the one blabbering and the lady there’d just listen to me and if she asks me any questions it would be the same question I ask her first. So, that’s okay! Because I never go to an extent of asking personal questions to anyone. It’d mostly be like how was your day? What did you do for Christmas? And general things like that. I know she’ll now respond me saying I haven’t used my name to review but that’s because I don’t want her to manipulate me if she knows my name. Because I don’t trust her, it could be a danger to me. I’m here just to let the owner and other customers know about my experience. Stay away! These kind of businesses are a competition now and everywhere so just do a research and there will be many other options. Stay away if you think you can’t pay a regular visit here because you’ll be treated like me.

  A lovely local business with friendly, professional, kind staff who always provide excellent, personalised treatments and service. I have been going for many years for range of treatments and would highly recommend.

  After trying a few beauty therapists in Hornsby, this is the one I've chosen to return to. I love the women here because they are perfectionists, friendly and genuine. I always feel comfortable with them. Sirong, the owner, has educated herself about skincare and as such the products are all natural. She'll bend over backwards to accommodate any request. I also love that she treats her staff well, which is probably a contributing factor to the almost non-existent staff turnover. The only thing I'd change is the slightly shabby towels etc but things are clean which is the important thing. Thank you Sirong, Beth and the team.
