1 late almost 40mins and the guy didn’t feel he did things wrong since he believe he sent out a message 20mins after the appointment time saying he will arrive in 20mins ……
2 unrealistic charge. Charge me 400 for some general spray 1 square meters at most…
3 didn’t find termites in one of my largest trees at all……
4 saying will come for a second check but nothing happened after, and doesn’t reply call or SMS
