  I was referred to Mark Shumsky at Stacks Collins Thompson for help with a serious driving offense.
  I was well supported throughout the whole process. With a clear opinion on the strength of my case and counseled on all possible outcomes. I was treated with care and respect and the understanding that my matter had a huge impact on my livelihood and life. I was thoroughly told how to prepare every step of the way.. I was warned not to expect the greatest result. In court, the case was presented impeccably, sensitively and thoroughly to the judge and the outcome was far better than what could have been reasonably expected & my job was saved.
  I would not have been able to be granted this result in court if I was representing myself.

  It was a time when my parents and I decided to execute the Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship forms to let me represent their legal and medical interests in all situations. I was looking for a lawyer who could speak Russian or Ukraine, my parents’ native languages. This is how I found Mark Shumsky (who spoke perfect Ukrainian) at Stacks Collins Thompson in Hornsby. Legally, my case was rather straightforward. However, the prospective need for having the above-mentioned documents was not cheering on my parents. I’d like to go through all formalities in the most emotionally smooth way for them. Mark was absolutely fantastic in that respect. He comprehensively reviewed all aspects of the very critical authorisations with my parents ensuring each of them fully understood the meaning of the documents and how and under which circumstances they could be used. At the same time, Mark did it in a very warm and supportive family-like conversation.
  
  On a separate note, I’d like to mention that I was also very pleased with the cost. We were on a budget and that aspect was important for us.

  I can’t speak highly enough about Solicitor, Mark Shumsky. He helped me to deal with a stressful and emotionally draining matter concerning a dispute with multiple parties involved, by the time I reached out to Mark I was losing sleep over this matter.
