  One of the staff members agreed to honor a price match of a battery. When I went in a week later Sonny told me that I must have been mistaken and if his employee has said that he would be fired (he also suggested that I was lying). He went on to explain that he would match it but only if it included the shipping fees which I agreed to. After that he changed his mind and then insisted that he would only price match with two select online stores which were much more expensive. This was meaning he was asking for an extra $200 on top of the original agreed price on what his employee had agreed to.
  After conversation Sonny asked me to leave the store.
  Extremely disappointed with the service and won't be going back again. Zero stars.

  Went to Battery World to change my battery! Service was excellent! Sunny and and the other sales attendant were very helpful. No problem so far. Highly recommended!

  Sunny and Matt replaced the battery in my 1980 Holden Rodeo and did a great job. First, they checked the alternator to ensure it was working properly. Then, they also found that and after market radio had been wired directly to the battery which is probably why it died. They disconnected that for me and it now functions properly. Excellent sleuthing and solutions. Good price too!

  Don,t go to Battery World.. Total morons..Read below..
  The idiot from Battery World Hornsby tested the dual battery setup that had been installed by BW in Brisbane and told me the problem was my alternator. Took the car to an auto electrician and it took them 1 minute to find the problem was in the dc/dc charger fitted by battery world.. They have wasted days of my travelling time as weekend and public holidays were waited for.. I,m going back there in the morning. First thing they will be doing is finding me another replacement part in Sydney to fix my car, then the idiot and I are going to have a little chat as to why I was given the wrong information. My car will be parked up against their front door so no other customers can enter the shop till I,ve finished my little chat with him and my baseball bat will be in the car just in case he tries to avoid telling me the truth again.. The auto electrician also told me that the battery fitted in my dual system was not the correct battery for what I needed.. I wont be leaving their store till I get satisfaction in one way or another..
