  I recently visited the Bob Jane Hornsby to have a tyre patched. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory as the technician who performed the repair scratched my expensive wheels while removing the bolts. I immediately raised my concerns with the manager on duty, who assured me that the matter would be addressed through an email communication. I followed up with an email to the store and allowed a reasonable amount of time to receive a response, but to no avail.
  
  Regrettably, I must also report that the tire continued to lose air even after the repair was performed, leading me to believe that the job was not performed adequately. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

  Bob-Jane have worked with me and fixed the issue. Happy with the customer service. Thanks for the assist team.

  Ordered, made a deposit and booked on a Wednesday for a Monday 8am.
  
  Confirmed on Thursday via email, "Bob Jane T-Marts Hornsby is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct."
  
  Email included "In: 8, Out: 9:15"
  Planned my day.
  
  Arrived at 8am. Tyres haven't arrived. Expecting the truck at 10. Ok. Went to get breakfast and a coffee, I can wait a bit. Went back at 11:45. Still no tyres. Texted at 1:30, job done at 2:45pm.
  
  Why wasn't stock checked day prior? And why wasn't I contacted ahead of time? I asked this question and was told they were busy on Friday. Not good enough.
  
  A poor customer experience and I cannot recommend.

  I have a classic car and had just had the wheels refurbished. I asked Bob Jane Hornsby to be especially careful when fitting the new tyres. When i returned to find one of the wheels was damaged the attendant Kynan Henson said there was nothing they could do and that i should go back to the wheel refubisher who I've used several times and has always been excellent. He said it was unavoidable and that Bob Jane Hornsby would not be helping me. Extremely untrustworthy.

  I needed 4 new tyres for my car and after some research on the internet I found a real good price at Tempe Tyres. As Bob Jane indicated that they would price match and they are much closer to where I live, I wanted to see if they could offer them for the same price. Within 10 minutes i got a call from the Bob Jane HQ telling me that they would price match and give me another 10% discount. A real good service.
  Unfortunately I received a text message the next day from Bob Jane Hornsby that the tyre was discontinued and therefore they could not price match. When I called, I was told that the SKU code was different and hence it was not the same production batch, which was necessary for them to price match. Pirelli Scorpion Verde tyre have not been discontinued and the SKU code is a stock code, not a production code, which was confirmed by Bob Jane HQ. Bob Jane Hornsby didn’t wanted to sell me the tyres at the discounted price, nothing more nothing less and lied to justify it.
  The HQ personnel is really good and service oriented, Bob Jane Hornsby is absolute the opposite.

  Went to have a puncture repaired arrived back after 2 hours to find my car on a houst balancing the wheels with the fellow saying they wouldn’t advise rotating the tyres !!! The tyres are different sizes front and back !! I said I just came in to repair puncture and he said oh the guy is at lunch who looked at your car but I think you need 2 new tyres . The worst most inefficient place ever . Do yourself a favour and use beaurepairs .
