  One of the best in-store experiences the staff is super amazing and helpful mostly importantly super welcoming. I went to purchase a camera backpack and i was not expecting a deal but i was surprised. Thank you so much

  Astronomical price for a passport photo. $33 for an adult and $37 for a child. When questioned about the cost and proof shown that other Camera House passport photos were $10 cheaper, the response was that they needed special software to take the photos and they took a lot of care with their photos..... not too sure the company would be thrilled with the Hornsby store insinuating that other Camera House stores would not do a good job. What a total rip off.

  I am just sorry I didn’t get the name of the staff member that helped us. He did an amazing job taking passport photos of our 2 weeks old baby. He was patient and professional and didn’t give up until he got the perfect shot.

  I asked for a print of 2 A4 pages. Was told that is $2 each! I said it is $1 at the Ryde store. Then was told they want to discourage A4 printing and I can get it at Officeworks for 10 cents.
