  Appalling agents!! They overpromised and under-delivered. Were very confident to sell my property at a premium and couldn't even get one single offer...
  Also very expensive fees and marketing.
  Beware of this poor service agent with no credibility.

  WORST AGENT EVER!
  
  I can’t believe how common these negative reviews are, but then again its not shocking that people have bad experiences with them.
  
  We moved out in late January, and told the agent that we are moving interstate which means all the moving out process needs to be done online. The previous agent we had (Fiona) was on annual leave so we were handed over to Jenny, another agent at Elders Hornsby.
  
  They initially were going to do a moving out inspection on Monday, which was moved to Tuesday last minute. On Tuesday afternoon we received an email from Jenny saying that the entire place was left dirty and damages all over the place. Luckily we took heaps of photos during our condition report so we were able to show that none of the damages were due to us, small wear and tear issues were not our responsibility.
  
  Out of convenience and stress, we also offered to pay for professional cleaners to come clean the kitchen (even though we’ve cleaned it), and Jenny was able to be there when the cleaners were there. Came to our shock, after the cleaners left, the agent came back to us saying that the kitchen wasn’t cleaned enough.
  
  The landlord and the agent also were asking us to pay for professional carpet clean - something that was not provided to us when we moved in. I challenged this by requesting a copy of receipt from the landlord showing that they had the carpet professionally cleaned which they could not prove.
  
  Now we still have not heard back from Jenny, or anyone from Elders. After trying to call her a bunch of times, and emailed and called her as well. We are still waiting for our bond to be released.
  
  Overall terrible service and do not recommend.

  If ever I could give them 0 starts, they are not even worth it. I recently hired a property, agent being Kathy. I was told that the house was professionally cleaned. However, to my dismay when we moved in we noticed that the property was not cleaned at all. When asked I was informed that the property is Professionally cleaned. Inspite of sending lot of pictures and vidoes showing the filthy property nothing was done. These agents are hand in glove with the cleaning agencies and pocket the money. I would request everyone to be careful and not sign the lease before verifying that the property was cleaned. I made that mistake and ended up cleaned the property for a week to make it habitable. Never expected that people are so cheat.
