It was the first time I had attended the business needing a pink slip as it was due in four days and I was attending treatment at Mt Wilga hospital .

We discussed best options for my car to improve brake performance and he was able to recommend a suitable product for my requirements. In fact about 20 mins after I had dropped the car off, John called to tell me that my tyres still had plenty of wear left and rather than waste my money on new tyres he recommended having the existing tyres rotated, balanced and a wheel alignment. This saved me about $550 on the cost of having new tyres fitted. It's so refreshing to find people in the automotive industry that place customer service and integrity above everything else. I will certainly be taking my car back to John and the team when the tyres do need to be replaced. Thank you again John, Lorraine and the team at Tyrepower Hornsby.

They let me know if any extra work is needed from a service, explain what it is and the timeframe it would be best to get it done in. They give me options and let me decide. Communication is great and I get a text when my vehicle is ready for pick up. I find their pricing very affordable compared to other mechanics. Their Workshop is very tidy, clean and organised. I would highly recommend using Tyrepower Hornsby.
