I have never in my life witnessed a person disrespect other human beings as the man dressed like a homeless man in the service department. How can they represent a brand like BMW ? The guys in the sales department are what keeps people coming back they are very helpful , but i feel for them. The ogre of a man in parts downstairs must be the son of the homeless man as his attitude stinks I will not spend another cent in this place. If you wish to find a nice guy in parts upstairs with braided hair he will help you , while telling you how much he hates his job and his boss. Avoid this establishment. Go see Ian at Worthingtons or Bike biz.
