- 조빅토리아 Added April 05, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came to this bank today with my husband and son. My husband, who went to the bank alone the last time, couldn't solve the problem, so this time he took a vacation with me and came here.
We asked Parineeta staff to help with the problems in the meantime. We went with our young son, so we must have been very annoying and noisy but she calmly helped us and gave my son a pretty piggy bank as a gift. We were amazed by her patience, and was deeply moved by the way she actively tried to help us with our problems.
I've been to several banks, but this is the first time I've seen an employee who provides such kind and accurate information. Visited branch for the first time inquiring about retail products, CSO who approached me didn't know the products, I had to show him Suncorp webpage on my phone to show him they exist (sic) ....staff wear casual clothes... - M. What bank opens till 1pm anyway and having refused two new accounts is really trying to gain customers in this market.
