Nathan was on his break, greeted me, talked me through options, massaged his schedule so he could repair it on the spot to get me going. Advised me of another critical repair and fitted me in the next day.
Professional and courteous, good sense of humour and customer focused service. I'm actually looking forward to coming back for the service tomorrow.

I had the 1st service done on my new Kawasaki Z900RS last September by Nathan and his team at SMW. Five ⭐ service by a Five ⭐ team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Nathan and his team are very customer focussed and make you feel comfortable and valued. I had my previous motorcycle serviced there so I had no hesitation in taking my new ride there. I'll be booking my 6,000 kms service in the next week or so. I've just recommended Nathan to a member of the Z900RS owners group and he'll be booking his 1st service with Nathan.
